
- Drink lots of water
- Drink an hour before your work out & drink through out your work out
- Try to avoid sugary drinks & soda
- Remember to eat
- You should eat 3 hours before you work out
- Try to eat 200 calories about half an hour after working out
- If your out in the Sun wear sunscreen, anything under SPF 30 doesn’t count
- Pain in no fun, there is a difference between a sensation & acute pain
- If you feel pain stop
- If I don’t eat before yoga, I run out of juice, sometimes making me see the yoga fairies
- If I drink coffee before Yoga I get the shakes
